To begin your warranty activation, please enter the warranty ID number found on your warranty card and your email address.

Lifetime Warranty

If your diamond should be lost due to manufacturer’s workmanship, jewelry quality, or natural wear & tear: we will replace your diamond(s) at no charge.

Lifetime Trade-up

After initial purchase, you may trade in and trade up at any time for a larger size - and your original purchase price will be credited towards the total amount of your new jewelry.
